my sister is coming to visit this year, i dont have a really big family
so its nice when her or my brother shows up

We have a tradition in my family of making for the Holidays, stuffed celery.

1 to 2 Stalks celery cut in 3 inch pieces
1 - cup mayonnaise
1 - tbl spoon garlic salt
2 - bunches of fresh green onion stalks finely chopped
1 - pound medium sharp cheddar (shredded or shred a block)

Mix mayo - garlic - onions and cheese together
take 3 inch piece of celery and fill it with this mixture
stuff it in your face
repeat
