Pulsar machine given to me won't work right
Ok, here goes, I got this machine from a friend, says he had no key, but I was able to open from slot on bottom, the machine when you turn it on just starts the hopper running, and if I put coins in I get an error constant beeping, and a lit comes on saying Trobleshoot" in front, problem is all the wrtting is in I guess chinesse/Japanesse charaters, not sure which, and I hope I don't offend anyone with my ignorance. When I insert a token, it just rejects it and it comes right out though the payout slot at bottom without going to hopper or giving me a credit, I do have a nice digital cammera, and can take picture if anyone needs who can translate all switches and buttons for me, there are 2 momentary buttons one green one red, a toggle switch (on and off) only one I figured out, a keylock, and two small switches near top of controlbox that say on/off
Any help at all would be greatly appriciated
