Default Vintage Yanagi Pachinko info request

I recently found a pachinko machine in my father's storage container. It was with other items that he purchased while in the Navy in Japan around 1957-58. I haven't been able to find any similar photos of this machine, and I was wondering if anyone had any info on it or a comparable value for it? I'm attaching some photos. Thanks!

It is a single shot and is missing a lot of important parts on the front and the back.

Not really good for parts, to me, as it is uncommon. Worth a lot if someone had the same model and yours had the right parts to complete a machine.
So, for me, no sale I don't want it. Someone else maybe $10 to $50?

    Stop the nonsense Carl.

I honestly don't see anything missing off hand. The machine was built around 53 according to the tag you posted. (to find that take the number 39 on it and add 25 years to get from the japanese calender to the normal one; then take off a year for when it was to be removed from the parlor) Never heard of the brand Yanagi before. But in the 50's there were dozens of really small brands like that making machines.

Value anywhere from $50-200 depending on where you sell and who buys. Mainly around the 50-100 range though.

In all a really nice machine. And once again welcome to PT.

I don't see a frame on the front to hold the glass. Guess it's different than what I'm familiar with.

Looks like there is a piece of ball track on the back that is missing. Again, maybe I'm not familiar.

It doesn't use a separate frame to hold the glass. Front looks complete from here.

Looks like it's missing a piece of the ball dump track - payout should still work. That little gate thing with the spring on it - right under the top tray - needs to flip down before the balls are put in or they will go everywhere.

To all those who say a piece of track is missing. It is suppose to look like that. As that portion is used for the ball dump. Many machines of this age actually have a piece of brass that is inside the tube which slides out to meet the track.

Though I will say it is hard to tell in the picture. But I see a wingnut in the picture.
