Issue with NET Black Jack model 2 - no power to spin stop button area

We purchased a used NET black jack model 2 pachislo machine which was working when we purchased it. Be carefully tied it in the back of the truck standing up. We plugged it in this morining and it worked for three or so spins and stopped working. We have done every reset we can find to no avail. My husband thinks it may be the circuit board (or something) on the inside door under the view window(it's rectangle 1"x16" long circuit board) also the START light on that same board does not work. All other lights go on, but there are no lights on the max bet button, the reel spin knob, the spin stop lights. These are all pluged in to that circurt board. Just that area. He reset it several times still didn't work. Any ideas?

Sorry I'm not really a pachislo person, but one thing that is often suggested is to try unplugging and re seating plugs inside..Its not uncommon for plugs inside machines to come loose, especially during shipping or transport.. One loose plug can cause all sorts of problems!!
