It's the small guide. I have the large one as well but it's hardbound so it may be a little tough to scan but I'll give it a try.

I don't have that one but I'll keep an eye out for it.
I don't have the machine but I have the guide for CR Sakura Taisen 2 so I guess I'll scan that as well. I know someone here that one.
