I always see legal statements about not shipping to SC, but I've had no problems getting a Pachislo shipped and delivered here. *Hmmm* This state is weird when it comes to gambling. I go to a local baseball games people walking around asking do I want in on a 50/50 pot or pull a ticket for a prize. I've even gone to the local pizza gameroom and seen policemen in uniform at a video "slots" machine, its a machine where cherry,bar,7s are in a circle and lights changing so when you hit a big button the light stops. Do these 3 times for matches to win tickets to earn prizes. I'd like to take a picture of a policeman at these machines playing. Make the picture poster size and hang in my "non public" gameroom at the house, so when I get "busted" for having my kinda fun they'll see it has they put the cuffs on me. I'm so criminal !!!

It's the age of the slots.

In Florida regular slots must be over 25 years old to be legal.

Its the age of the machines! Pachislos take tokens not money which makes them OK in the states that accept them.

I've noticed that a lot of ebay vendors refuse to ship pachislos to Louisiana. Is it against the law for an individual like me to ship a machine to that state...or is it the buyer's sole responsibility to comply with local laws? Thanks for your input.
