These guys are great - I usually get an email confirm pretty quickly from either Kazuki (who deals with the ordering side) or Alex (who ships the units). I think from order to delivery was about a week total from VA to NH.

It is very rare that you find a vendor that provides good product and service at a good price - too often it's the opposite, bad service or product that is not what was promised or just way overpriced. Having purchased 2 machines in the past month with great results will keep me coming back!
