I have a Y & O the same style and age, but, mine is Nurse Betty.
I got it about 10 years ago, I paid $125.00 with around 700 balls.

depending on how many balls... i would say 75 to 100 max .. balls are a pluss
if it were for sale and i had to have it i would max at the 75 number... but im cheap

its a 50 buck machine .... if it runs and has a ton of balls maybe 75. I'm cheap too!
