Default Total Longshot - lost keys for a 1964 Gottleib World Fair

So in the process of moving, the keys to my vintage Gottleib got lost. If I recall there may be a couple people on here that have a similar vintage Gottleib. I don't think anyone's gonna have my key of course... but maybe you can take a pic of yours so I can get the shape right for a blank... OR... maybe take a pic of the back of the coin door, so when I drill the sucker out I don't hit anything vital

that's a really common problem in the pinball world. pretty much everybody just drills out the locks and buys new ones as they're cheap and readily available. you won't hit anything by drilling it out and one you do, just get what you need from marco specialties, pinball resource, etc.

shoulda mentioned that you're only drilling out the tumblers in the barrel of the lock so it's a very short distance. even if you drilled beyond that, the cam and it's screw would stop you.

Got it... was pretty painless - i worried needlessly. Got her back open, replaced the keys with a cheapo from the Ace Hardware down the block, rotated a few parts inside... wham! She’s back to life. Now gotta fix one weak flipper...

first thing to check is the EOS switch for that flipper. if it's opening too soon it'll cut power prematurely. also, unless the coil overheated then it's very likely it's in good shape as they really don't wear out so could be the coil sleeve or other switches in that circuit.
