    Default Cool old vids

I think it would be cool to post videos of old Pachinkos that you find.

I like on this one where you see the girl filling the backs of the machines.

they sure are using a lot of water on those... seems like it goes against what we know... also, were those racks of pachinkos for resale, recycle, upgrade, or what?

This one has people playing single shot machines in a parlor. It is in the middle of the video, so you'll have to fast forward.

is that how they refurbished them in the 70's

maybe that also explains why some of the same models have different spinners and other parts.

That video may explain why many of the vintages have such bad water stains on the cell!

Really great videos, but what struck me was they reminded me of the old school sex education tapes only these were geared towards gambling!

That first vid is great!(well ok so are the rest) as 2:40 you can see the head end of the "Space Tube" system invented by Nishijin in 1963

    ??? / ??? ???

It was used to fill the machines from a central point. A few years later they invented the "Moon Tube" that worked the other end and I think -not real sure- but I think the Moon Tube has something to do with the hole and bracket found on the bottom of the model A machines. I have not found a picture of the Moon Tube system yet.

About 1:20 they visit a Pachinko parlour. Check out the cool ball dispenser at least one of which is owned by a lucky member here.

I like seeing how they place the nails with that tool that only lets it go in so far.
I haven't seen the whole thing yet but from the first part I think some of you might like it.
They are also making there own balls from that roll of steel.
    Now back to the movie!
