    Default Pachislot777

Well, I hate to do it, but I feel I need to leave negative feedback on a recent purchase. It takes them 2 weeks to deliver, and it's damaged. They gladly said to send it back, which I did. It has been a week and I have not heard back from them at all. I called the day UPS picked it up, and it was like I had contacted a totally different company. Very rude staff. "I don't know nothing about that" was what I was told, after I was put on hold to extremely loud metal music. Try leaving a question on their website? Forget it. They may get to it eventually. Three weeks from the date of purchase, no machine. Looks like I am out 186 bucks. I know things happen and not all transactions can be good ones. This is one that just did not go well. I have purchased two other items from them, and it went fine. Although, shipping was extremely slow and on one of the items they did not even bother to send me a shipping confirmation.

Overreacting after a long week or just tired of sugar coating it?

I just received my Metal Slug from them today. I was working with Arby on the phone for some pachinko issues and the opening of the metal slug was delayed. So now I'm going to open it and I'll let you know.

    A few questions first...

Was there a call tag, or did you have to pay for return shipping?

Have you traced the shipment... did they receive it yet?

Who did you talk to there?

I ask, because I found them very eager to solve a problem I once had ON THE PHONE, but email is very short. In fact, the email said to call. Things worked out over the phone.

I did not have to pay to have it returned. They said as soon as UPS picked it up from my house, they would be notified and will send out a new one. UPS has already delivered back to them (although not until today. gues they were in no hurry to return it).

Who did I talk to? Three different folks. The first two were extremely nice, and that was the day I received it and tried to fix it myself. They insisted I send it back. Wow I thought, they are really customer service oriented. The next day, like I said before, some different person, rude and totally could care less attitude.

He77 with it. Like I said, out 180 some bucks. Live and learn. Maybe I misunderstood them about the shipping of a replacement item....

I would call and see what is up and say please no hold time.
and if you get "no joy" than file a complant with paypal if you paid with them.
explaine to them the problem. the complaint needs to be filed before 30 are up for a money back.
But fist call and see what they say ask for a manajer

Well my machine arrived in very nice condition. I had to remount a board in the back tha came loose during shipping, but no big deal. They package very nicely and everytime I've ever talked with them, they are overly friendly.

I would hold off before I left something as strong as a negative since you generally can't take them back. Well you can but what a waste. Talk with them again, I've got a feeling everything will work out for you.

I also think you need to hold on pulling the negative feedback trigger.

They paid to have the game returned. That's good.

UPS was slow in delivery both ways. Not the dealer's fault.

Do call back and stay patient until you can talk to a reasonable person there about your concerns.

I believe they will make it right.

Absolutely, the negative feedback is a last resort. You have plenty of time to resolve things before using that. Contact them again either via email or phone. As others have also said, they're going to make it right. They have 99.x good feedback now and don't want to jeopardize that rating with any additional bad remarks posted.

Yeah... I wouldn't just write off the money quite yet. They paid for return shipping, UPS dragged their feet both ways, and it IS cross-country.

2 of 3 times you spoke with someone friendly. Try again Monday.
Tell them you see that they received the machine, and would like an update on the status of the replacement.
They got the machine back today... your replacement MIGHT be on the way, but they haven't given you a tracking number for it. Ask for one, and see what they say.

But as Arby says... file with PayPal, IF you must, within 30 days. Don't just write it off to experience.

Did you pay with PayPal, a check / money order, or directly with them on a card?

Just remember the 30 day rule even for the future for "anything" you pay with Paypal, after 30 days paypal wont/can't do anything for the buyer.

It doesn't need to be on ebay, any purchuse you make. I don't think they stress the 30 day rule.

Give them a call again and ask for Jessica, she just handled my problem with UPS dropping the machine; they had it picked up the next day. Dan is the one that handles replacements and refunds, if they do not have a replacement he will take care of you.

I can tell you they WILL NOT KEEP YOUR MONEY a refund was given back to me within two days onceI decided what to do. I will continue to purchase from them, they do a very good job detailing their machines, and cheap shipping.

Give them a chance to make it right.

They have done me right in the past. This is probably just a glitch, and I need to be a little more patient. I think I let my frustrating week get the better of me, and I was not trying to slander DGI. If anyone took it that way, my apologies.

Your frustrations are warranted since you have been waiting 3 weeks. I hope everything works out in a timely fashion here on out.

    Just heard back from Dan.
You guys were right, he definetly made up for the hassle and explained they were out of the replacement machines until just today. I feel so much better now.

I have actually been to his warehouse and infact I bought his first machine he ever listed on ebay a few years ago it's kinda cool to look at his feedback and see my name as the first feedback he ever got. But the Guy was really cool when I was there Glad to read that things were worked out.
