eBay's done it...

Went to post some feedback for a purchase today and a window popped up. ebay no longer allows sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers.

Wonder how that will work?

My few (very few) bad experiences with sellers were handled with no feedback whatsoever, or, in the most recent case, a neutral after the seller gave me a positive (he didn't like that, but it was well-deserved. He really burned himself on his response to me. I should have left him a negative)

I have a nonpaying bidder and all i can do is block them now

also the way they count feedback has changed I have one netural in the last year out of 700 transactions and my rating is 99.8%

on my other account i have 17 for the year and one negative and my feedback is 100%

What you need to do is file a non-paying bidding report with eBay (and this will also refund the fees eBay charged you for the sale). This is worse than a negative for a buyer. If a buyer gets 3 or 4 of these, eBay will terminate their account.

You should also be able to set more restrictions on people that buy from you now. Like restricting ANY buyer that has had a non-paying bidder claim filed against them. (I haven't looked at the actual settings, but that's what the message I read from eBay suggested...)
