Looks like neon? Sign shops can make any shape or color.

What your looking for is an M shaped CCFL (Cold Cathode Florescent Light), not sure how easy that will be.
A possible alternative is using the just the bulbs from this, just be careful, the voltage is very high to them (300-1200).
Are you sure it's the bulb and not the inverter?

Compirate: Thank you for the info…I actually emailed about 30 manufactures and online light bulb sellers yesterday to find out what to even call it (probably at the same time you replied to the post here). I got two replies back and was able to hunt one down after searching CCFL in google. For reference in case someone else is in need of this type of light, here is a link to a company in Nebraska that sells them. CCFL backlight lamps for LCD back light repairs of monitors and laptops - CCFLwarehouse.
They also have a tutorial on their site showing how to solder pin connectors which is also helpful.
