    Default Hook, line and sinker

Well, after searching (lurking) on here for quite some time I finally decided on a Rio de Carnival. It came today and, to my dismay, the reels were crooked and the left reels would hang in the door. After a little shimmying will some of the card boad I got it lined up. This whole time my wife is watching with the "I knew this was a waste of money" look (she wasn't too into the idea, even though she LOVES slot machines and wanted a "real" one.

Well, I got it working and we sat down to play. It was ok, nothing special... until I hit a bonus games. I don't know what lit up more, the mchine or my wifes eyes! Well 348 tokens later we are Pachi-lovers.

Thank you guys and gals for a place with great info. If it weren't for this site, I would have probably bought something boring..

So, I noticed that I have room for 2 more machines...hmmmmmmmmm

Seriously though, that King Camel sounds cool. I want to keep up a Vegas theme and I'd really like a Spin Luck and a Dragon Dice, but thats way out of my allowed budget - ha ha ha. What other games have fun interactive bonus games, but don't cost "Spin Luck" money?

P.S. Thank you all for such a warm welcome from my first post about pachinkos!!!

Congratulations on your machine...may you have many, many hours of fun on it. Lots of people here recommend Super Black Jack in keeping with a Vegas theme.

Congrats on your 1st machine and welcome !
King Camel would be a good choice, it has lots of different reel actions compared to other machines, it also has a small LED display on the side.
It gets a lot of play at my house when people come over.
Although I don't have one, people on here seem to like Super Black Jack for a Vegas themed machine.
I have 2 machines with large interactive LCD screens, Sinbad Adventure and Mu Mu World.
Although the themes have nothing to do with Las Vegas, they are very fun games to play.

I posted a couple of threads with videos of the Mu Mu on here.

In my opinion, Mu Mu is better than the Sinbad by a small margin.
Thay can also be had for alot less than "Spin Luck" money.

    Welcome T Guns.
There is actually a machine called Las Vegas. It has a roulette wheel that spins. Super Black Jack is another good pick. Enjoy your machine and the club. Any machine that interests you is a great machine.

After researching everything I think I want a King Camel and one with a full screen LCD (Sinbad Adventures type) to go with my Rio. That seems like it would give me a nice mix of machines.

There are no King Camels on eBay, but I emailed Gaku to see if he has any coming. Otherwise I did find that Pachislo.com has one on sale for $99 + $89 for shipping. I guess I need to do some more research on what a good price is for one.

I was looking around for a Sinbad Adventures when I found a Beast Sapp on Stealth Amusement's site for $190 shipped. That seems like quite a good deal compared to everyone else I have seen. It seems like everyone here is a big fan of the Sinbad, but I like UFC and the theme of Beast Sapp isn't bad for me. I am just worried about the wife. Are there any ladies here who can give me some opinions on the Beast Sapp?

I have never owned or played a Beast Sapp so unfortunately I cannot offer an opinion on it...

I do have the Sinbad Adventure though, and whilst my heart firmly lies with Pachinko, I will say that Sinbad is a very
entertaining Pachislo and my Children love playing that one very much!!

I'm not sure there are any lady members here with a Beast Sapp??

but perhaps other Members could ask their Better Halves what they think of it??

I also do not have a Beast Sapp, and have never played one. Sorry but hanabi's suggestion of asking the guys what their wives think is a good one! Good luck!

Pachislo.com doesn't sell to the public anymore.

BeastSapp is a great and i ended up keeping it over the Sinbad. There was a poll a while ago on which machine is better. And even though Sinbad had more votes, the ones voteing for sinbad never play Beast sapp. Almost everyone that had both said beast sapp was better. Sinbad is a great game don't get me wrong, but over the long term Beast sapp kept my attention and Sinbad got very repetitive. Just my 2 cents.

Well, most of the online places I've seen are out of stock of the things I am looking for. Guess it's time to wait...

Does anyone know if there are any suppliers in the St Louis, Missouri area that sells these? It would be nice to save some $$$$ on shipping!

Thanks - and off to play my Rio!

Just ordered a King Camel from Stealth. Can't wait to get it in place.

This leaves just enough room for 1 more pachislo in my gameroom. I showed my wife the Beast Sapp and she didn't care for it. So I am wanting something different. I have the Rio with a LCD and now a King Camel with the 6 funky wheels. I guess I want something different with a fun interactive bonus system. Maybe I'll save up some $$ for that elusive Spin Luck. It seems like the only other type of machine mechanically different from what I have that still has bonus rounds. Unless you all have some ideas.

Also, I have a bare spot on the wall next to the bar. I was wondering if it was possible to hang a Pachinko on the wall???

Thanks for helping me out with all mt newbie questions!

Yoshimune is a very underrated machine. I just purchased the blue machine from Tom at CF. He has a couple left. I think he said in red, orange and pink.

Here are a couple of videos of it. :
