Yesterday I drove to NJ and met Frank from CustomPachinko.com and picked up my two new pachinko machines... Macross and Evangelion 6. Both machines are absolutely stunning!!! The graphics and light shows on both machines are truly amazing as well (I think the Macross does have the better light show though). The animatronics are crazy... and the V-Triggers with vibration and blowing fans are completely over the top! Videos or pictures do not do these machines justice. They are incredible, in a league of their own! You have to see and play them in person to understand how revolutionary these V-Trigger's are. If you ever have a chance to see or play one, don't pass it up... You'll be blown away!

Yes, you were 100% correct. Both are eye candy to the extreme! However, I'm loving the Eva 6 more than the Macross. The Eva 6 is just wicked cool! I like this series so much I think I'm going to get an Eva 5.

Interesting I have read a few people say the Macross is a lot more fun to play than the Eva 6... I always look at it as though as long as I have fun it works for me!
Enjoy your buys! Frank is holding 3-4 machines for me I just have to go out and get them... NOT Sure where I am going to put them given what I said on a different thread...

Don't get me wrong, the Macross is phenomenal and does has the better light show (such much so if you have seizures you may not want to play this game) but for some reason I am drawn to the Eva 6. I finally hit 4 back to back fevers on the Macross tonight and I am blown away by the lighting effects on this machine. I'm running through balls at such a rate I hooked a brand new Japanese ball lifter to the Eva 6 and a dual lift silk drive to the Macross. Much better now, so with those installed and Daverob's dongles/card readers it's like having two cyclic's.

I'm running into the same problem... just about out of space. Once I get the Eva 5 and a Marix that will probably be it for me unless I clear some of my older machines. BTW, what three machines did you get from Frank?

Where DID you Score a Silk Drive?! That is my favorite design for a Ball lifter! It can feed even more than one machine if you have a path loader system!

Those are some interesting pachinkos. Out of the ordinary and I like that. Never had seen any of those titles before. Last weekend I really wanted to go by Frank's shop when I was in NJ picking up my latest machines but knew it wasn't a good idea because I would of gone home broke if I were to see unusual titles like the ones you got.I ended up getting the silk drive from another member on this board. I paid a small fortune but it was worth it and I think it could be considered a collectors item since you can't seem to find them anywhere or barely find information on em. It's swueet! Moves twice as many balls as the orange Japanese ones... And so, so quiet!

I had the signs made in Japan by a company that is no longer in business but the links below are basically the identical signs. Most of these stores will do anything custom that you ask. Just send them a design or sometimes they will work something up from scratch.
