    Question help a newbie

hey, i jsut got home from cleveland, and my uncle (who is a life time fixer and colllector of these) sold me a tayio elec maturi (fish theme) machine.. it works great, but there are a few flaws.. does anybody know how to open the cabinet, how to take off the glass plate, and what the major payoff is? also when i launch a ball it sounds like it hits the glass, can this hurt the glass at all? thanks.

if you don't have a key, there should be a latch on the back to open the glass part.

on some machines with square glass, it will just slid out.

usually machines have 2 pieces of glass, inner and outer, your inner piece of glass may not be there.

Once you've opened the door using the latch LD mentioned, the glass will slide out from the top.

If it is a machine with slots for double glass, be sure you have one in the slot closest to the play area. If not, there will be a substantial gap and balls would definitely smack off the glass more than they should.
