Default New member of the Palot club!!!!!!!

I just won the second Palot offered on ebay. I am looking forward to getting it. I will give a full review of the vendor, Shipping condition and machine etc.
Any suggestions as to how many pachinko balls I should have to play comfortably? They are sending 1000 along with it.

Now to revise my wanted list again

    Panchinko? Zero Feedback?
I dunno if I would have dropped that much cash on an unknown. Hopefully it will be alright.
    Good Luck.

    CONGRATULATIONS EDDIE!!

We are looking forward to a review of the vendor and also of your new PALOT!

From what I understand you will need quite a few balls for it. I doubt 1000 is enough? You need to check with the other owner or owners here about that or of course the man with the purple hat.

Balls!! I think I have about 2000 in mine. I built a case with a large bin to hold extra balls at the top so when Mariko begins to sing I have only to listen.

Would you have a pic of the case you made? Does the machine need a case?

The palot is in the same frame as a pachinko. The new case makes it look better and a larger bin at the top holds more balls. It can become top heavy when full so I also bolted mine down to it's stand.
You can play the machine with 1000 balls. It really shouldn't be much of a problem. There is no "fever round" as in pachinko. If you stop to dump balls into the top tray, you don't miss out on anything because you control the speed of play.

This is by far still my favorite Pachi.

Wow great looking case would you have the plans for it? I dont have a Pachinko so cases stands etc are all new to me. Will I be able to use the machine untill I make or buy a case?

Is the back of the machine still exposed with your or any case? Can the back be enclosed ?

I haven't drawn up any plans. The back is open and the balls that come out the back are redirected to a tray under the machine. When it's full I open small sliding doors and dump into the oversize bin at top. Makes playing easier and more fun. Yes, the machine can be played as received.

That IS only some of the music from the Palot. Upfile just doesn't seem to know the difference between audio and video.

Since a palot is a hybrid of a pachislo and a pachinko shouldn't there be a new category on this site to cover palots?

Wow the music rocks I love her voice! I wonder what band they snatched her from?

They said it would be sent out tomorrow that doesnt give me much time to figure out the best way to set up and build a case like yours. I think yours is the ideal looking case I really love it. I have no idea about ball trays, carriers, shoots, loading , reloading etc much to learn and quick. Remember I am anal I want the case to help the function as well as look as if it were something from the factory. And I have to play SL oh the HUMANITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What I did with the Palot and what I've done with other machines is just get it and play it for a while. Then you'll know how it works and what features you'll want to have in your case or stand.
