Sonic Pachinko!

Greetings Everyone!....I have tried my best to keep my money in my pocket for a bit on my Pachichlo purchases....but Pachinko's are starting to really get my interest.

I was following a Sonic Pachinko on Ebay that just shot up (with 1 day to go) from $225. (my bid) to over $350. in a few hours.

Does anyone know what the going rate would be for this particular model?

Any price ranges would be appreciated as I definitely do not want to overbid.

The longer you wait on a hot item like that the longer you will be without and maybe you will not ever have a chance to get it unless you go thru a Pachinko importer specialist like arby.

...yeah I know...but it's so hard to spend the money when you have great dealers like Milt giving you fantastic deals on multiple Pachislo machines.......Pachislos are definitely much cheaper.

But, your advice is sound. I'm just trying to hold out a bit.

Any wagers out there?....my guess is at this rate between $400-$500.

That's exactly what I did and now that pachinko is no where to be found. And I could have had it for as low as 150.00 delivered on a snipe bid on Ebay.

My advice is grab it when you can or at least contact the seller (and other sellers of pachinkos) also and try to get a determination future availability. That is something I did not do.

it sucks when you want something bad.. and its there... and there is a little black cloud lurking about.... (can i afford this, should i buy it now, maybe it will be cheaper later, is this guy selling it reputable)...

I'm not sure why but, based on how many times I saw it in parlors in Japan, Sammy didn't make very many of these machines which may contribute to its relative rareness. It's a shame because it's a very high quality one with top-notch graphics and lots of scenes that follow the video game story. There's also some history involved as it was the first collaboration between Sammy and Sega after the latter's acquisition of a major chunk of stock from the former.

Drum Crash (I am not sure that is even the correct name as I havemn't checked our Museum lately)was the one. Everytime I see it on some sellers website they say they sold out months ago and just haven't changed their page. I could have had it like I said for 100.00 + 49 something I think it was over a year ago on Ebay.
