Where would you find out what cells are compatible with which cases? I have a silver sankyo case with a dragon monkey cell. Was curious what the options are for switching components.

only switchable with same model frame and year, there is not a list. you go by look and try.

I just found out that Batman will work in the Dragon monkey case and vice-versa. They have the same silver case when you look at them side by side. How do I find a Batman cell?

Tell you what, you and I can trade cases. I have a Batman in a yellow/red case. This will effectively eliminate your desire to find a Batman cell and save you tons of money!
