That one has been sitting unsold on yahoo auctions for months. At least he’s honest enough to mention the main board is toasted!

However the seller must be adding a “dumb American” eBay surcharge as it can be purchased for just 12,000 yen ($77 ) on yahoo auctions; of course there’s the shipping cost; but that would be way less than the extra $700+ seller wants…. Probably under $400; a moot point anyway since it’s just a parts machine worth $100 tops with a dud board

these ebay sellers should be banned. They are listing things they DO NOT OWN from auctions in other countries. The internet is primarily scams these days.
Ebay doesn't give a ****, they still get their cut.
