pachi Gamera slot machine HC code issue

I have a pachio gamera slot machine that I cant get rid of the HC code to play it. I have tried the reset procedure but it still goes back to the HC code . I had it working then next day code is back and i am stumpted now. i tried to clean the hopper best i could but no luck also . any thoughts ??

more info there are two switches on the power supply box one turnes it on if i leave the other one off i can reset the machine and put tockens in and run but with the other switch off the three middle stopper buttons dont work . when i turn on the other switch it put the HC code back on and i cant do anything ugh ???

I find now if i reset the machin and the the power switch to the left of the main power but the machine accepts tokens and runs but the 3 buttons to stop dont work now??

thank you ! i replaced the hopper and still has hopper code cant seem to figure this out ugh

I played this machine one day and the next day I cant get past the HC code even replacing the hopper. any thoughts ??

ok I can clear the hc code and i replaced the hopper but i lost sound and the stopper buttons are lit up but wont stop the reels . and i just had it working for one day lol ugh
