So what I did is order some parts that were in excellent condition and swap out everything.

I received the internal parts I ordered in the mail, I then swapped everything out. I cleaned the plastic looking for anything that could be a issue. I then put everything together and BOOM no more problems. Finally, I had success at last.

    Yes!!! Were styling now!!
Installed the jackpot rod shute cover, jackpot relay dust cover, I painted a piece of metal for the jackpot arm, another part that came in for the loader tray tunnel frame, I installed it.

My thought is that the moving parts has some rust on them and it was the problem. The balls weight is precise they are gravity fed, and anything can throw the balance off that doesn't belong.

I still have a lot of work to do, the playfield nails still need adjusting, I need to work on a sweeping action for the lower ball tray, I have a book about the playfield nails coming in the mail, and the center tulip needs to be repaired or replaced. I have a great book on repairing, restoring, the Pachinko machine.

I made a key for the door lock.

I found a extra lock so I can have one key to fit everything, so I don't have to have several keys for the unit. I did the same for each of my slot machines, which is nice.

While I was at it, I made a extra key for the project locks, both are keyed alike.
It's not about just making the key to fit a lock, it's about presentation, the key looking really nice.

I just hope others can get a better understanding of the Nishijin pachinko B model game, they are certainly worth restoring, and they need to be in a cabinet to protect them from damage, the dust, dirt, etc.

I still need to adjust the board nails, little things.

I'm trying to work out the bugs. The tulip is a problem. I need to figure out what is going on, find a replacement, something.

I'm working on a ball shuffler, to prevent balls from stopping and I'm getting close.

I can't remember exactly how it works, but once a ball opens it. It requires 2 balls to pass through it before it closes.

If that helps you any, when figuring it out..

So, I am in the process of fabricating a ball pusher. As always the prototype is rough until my goals are achieved. I need a flat strap, with a small pusher on the end. Time is on my side.
