    Default Battlecounter Power Question

Hello everyone. I just received my first batch of modern machines complete with battlecounters. Would anyone know how I should be getting the 24 V to the battlecounters for power? I have some great videos that show me how to install the battlecounters, but the videos did not mention that they they have a 24V plug for AC power. Do I need to to purchase another 24v transformer for each battlecounter? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on your set up. I have a separate transformer that runs all my battle counters, top lights and end lights. Thos includes a link wire between the two cabinets. They all use the same 2 wire connector so you can just daisy chain them all together. If its a one off, you could splice into the feed to the machine at the transformer. Obviously on the 24v side.

Does anyone know where you can get the connectors that some machines need for hooking up the battle counters?

Well its more of the fact that different manafactures used different plugs on different frames. There is no set answer. I have a varity selection.
Please specify the make, machine name, and pictures of the socket.

Also some older machiness actual put out voltage, rather than a switch, so you need to take that into account as well.

Seems to me it’s much easier to just buy one of those cheap 2 prong outlet expanders; like Karen at JT Comatz suggested; perhaps you are overthinking this a bit?

I went out and bout 5 cheap adapters. I imagine the counters won't leech too much amperage. Thank you everyone for your input.

I was assuming from this. That it refered ti the signal connections that are on some older moderns with the weird sockets rather than colour coded speaker type spring connections rather than power.

That would be accurate. I want to put together a collection of info on the different kinds of connectors some of these machines have. I'll make an album on Google Photos and share a link tomorrow.
