    Thanks Gibi-san !

I got it offa YJA via a Japanese Buying Service. It was for a Pachislot (so it was cheaper form some raeson ), but I opened it up and converted it for Pachinko

Has a ton of options such as Lighting colors, configs, Big Hit animations and a lot more. I have the remote and I translated enough of the manual to be able to have fun without "bricking it" LOL

I picked up my Ghost In The Shell SAC from the Fedex depot last night and couldn't be happier! This is the first pachinko machine in my game room and definitely won't be the last. Cheers to Frank for helping me get it up and running today too. It's been a pleasure dealing with Akimono. I think I started looking for this machine last summer!

Any tips / recommendations for a first timer? I have the card reader emulator dongle installed and I'm starting to work on a cabinet tomorrow.

Got my Ghost in the Shell in from Akimono as well.
A beautiful machine, came in great condition and works wonderfully.

Also put it in a cabinet by Pachitalk's own DavidCapps. Cabinet came in enough bubble wrap and packing material to help with my upcoming move, so was a great bonus.

Overall could not be happier, have some tinkering to do on the cabinet to match the holes on the machine but nothing a little creative thinking can't solve. Have a bit of an issue with the Laughing Man face hanging down in play field, but Anifel had a similar issue with his so we are working out the kinks.

Several weeks ago I made an eight hour journey (one way) to meet Frank (Akimono) at his warehouse to pick up my new machines... Ghost in the Shell and Evangelion 8... both were in fantastic shape. The Ghost in the Shell is absolutely beautiful; and once the LED's start going in all different colors it's incredible! I also really like the spinning animatronics around the center screen. I haven't had a chance to really play the Eva 8 but from what I have I really like it! Thanks again Frank for getting in these awesome machines!

Thanks to Blastronaut and flukevfx for figuring out the Pachilog system... I'm getting ready to see if I can get it working. I've downloaded the app but like others haven't been able to register on Kyoraku's site. Does anyone else have a Eva 8 machine??? If so, have you been able to figure out the service that's offered on the machine? It looks similar to the Pachilog system but has a lot more sub menus.

Here are my two new beauties... both are setup with Daverob's dongles, smart card readers, custom smartcards and both are equipped with Dragonfly Entertainment's Ballzilla ball lifters. I've also installed two of the newer type battle counters. I've added a few other little things to jazz up the machines as well (light up Tachkikoma on top of the Ghost in the Shell as well as a light up Rei Ayanami figure on top of the Eva 8).

    That looks cool

ever thought about getting a belly glass from a pachislo and making a Eva light box ? A basic box with a tube light behind or a tri colour led strip light

I'm trying to get a dragonfly ball lifter for my GiTS machine as well. Haven't got a response yet sadly. But glad to see it fits the machine just fine once I can acquire one.
