My Neighborhood made the newspaper

there are 3 mobile home parks in the middle on 63rd surrounded by almost 3,000 rental homes and duplexes

spanish and hatians are taking over the whole area surrounding us.

the good thing is the gangs are too busy fighting among themselves, they don't really bother any of the parks much

my german / polish neighborhood that I grew up in Chicago is all spanish now!!

Call me perverse, but I had a crazy idea to invite all gangs to a football stadium for a free Rap Concert, then lock and secure the exit doors, have the performers on for two or three songs, all the while passing out free drugs, booze, and a special package to the gang bangers that they are not to open until the rapper says so. Then the performers and staff disappear. The rapper then comes on over the speakers and tells everybody to open their package. Inside is a loaded weapon.

I call this a Hunger Games scenario.
