    Default In-Wall pachinko set up

Just thought I would share what I came up with after mixing my original idea with other ideas gathered around the forum. I wasn't able to quite find an example of what I wanted to do so I just winged it on most of it...
This is what I started with.. I built this half wall to go around my DJ equipment, shortly after I finished it I got the idea for pachinko machines.
    IMG_1780.jpg
I thought this wall would be a good spot for them because my space is getting limited with all the other arcades ect.
In went the first machine Freddy vs. Jason.
    IMG_1891.jpg
The addiction began and I was already measuring and picturing two more beside it!
Next machine ordered and new spot all prepped for it!
    IMG_1971.jpg
Machine #2 in! Enter The Matrix!! oh and note the third chair already in place lol
    IMG_1988.jpg
And within a couple weeks, machine #3 thrown in, The Mask. Please ignore my ugly hopper on top, will soon be covered. Setting up a working main supply hopper is not easy!
    IMG_1995.jpg
Getting closer to a more finished look. Black squares to lower left of machines are flip down cup holders and to the middle right of each machine is DaveRob's card readers.
    IMG_2015.jpg
I cut slots into blank outlet covers and installed them over the card readers, looks a lot better, just need to spackle and paint!
    IMG_2042.jpg
Just a pic of the machines swung open.
    IMG_2012.jpg
And last but not least a pic of "behind the scenes" makes some people's head spin, but I love it. Not the prettiest thing you've seen, but it's working!!
    IMG_2045.jpg
Well thanks for all the good info on here, hope you all like my set up and hopefully it will give someone else some ideas!! Take care, I'm off to play!

What I like is the three machines and the big TV. A lot of activity in a small space and it looks fun; not at all cluttered.

    You deserve a PT trophy!

Cool set up, did you make a home made ball lifter? and how did you design the top?

I used a carpet cardboard roll to get losing balls to one location, but haven't really worked on top feeding idea yet, but it something down the road I need to set up, just looking for ideas, and its always a tough choice of a new machine or ball lifter at $400 to $500. Each time its been a new pachinko.

As mentioned before. The ball lifter is a Ball-Dozer.
As for feeding each machine, in this set up I don't know, But my solution should be arriving from Japan tomorrow

I know what you mean, the ball lifters are not cheap. I think I got mine for around 230 or something, not regretting it at all they are very nice to have. The upper ball hopper I just threw together with some 3/4" wood with 3 separate holes in the bottom and used some kind of tin I found at lowes to make tracks going to each machine. I also ended up taping some cardboard to the inside of hopper to help guide the balls to the holes once the hopper starts getting low if there is a lot of payout. It's working pretty good but still not perfect, every once in a while I have to go back there and give the balls a little persuading if they get hung up. Few more tweeks may be needed, but it's getting there.

    Just a little update...
Got the painting done and molding put up, along with a couple extras like the matrix parlor chair cover and the flag for the mask. Working on getting 2 more chair covers and 3 battle counters.
