Thanks so much! I just watched the video you suggested - that was awesome! Can't wait to dig into these pics.

If all goes to plan I should have a machine like that in my temporary possession in a week or so. Well with the same back at least. Got a guy who wants to get it cleaned.

    100 machines and counting...

Update on the Sankyo: With special thanks to Moparformances and p.opus, I've got the Sankyo running and paying out jackpots just like it should! I had to make a jackpot chute gate out of some scrap aluminum sheet and with a little tweaking and adjusting, it works like a charm. Next up is electricity for lights and that little motor that makes the center feature spin. The supply tray will need some work down the road but I was impatient and just slapped some gaffers tape on for now. It's working fine for a temporary solution.

    Here's the pics:

It's got a new piece of glass in the front now too, so I'm moving it off the work table for now to make room for the Model A. Once that is cleaned up and playable, I'll have an "electronics day" and mess with the lights on both and the Sankyo motor. At least that way I'll be able to play them in the meantime .
Crabcakes and football, that's what Maryland does!

Aw Shucks! I didn't do nothing except take some pictures of my machine and do some google searches.

You did the work. Good job.

Nothing quite feels like the feeling when that old dirty neglected machine springs back to life after decades of neglect or storage, or when it looks like new after a good cleaning restoration.
