Default Removing Reels from Reel Assembly?

I was wondering if anyone has ever posted a video showing how to properly remove and reinstall reels from a reel assembly on a modern pachislo. After 7+ years of collecting, I have never had to do so...until now.

I ordered a bunch of new machines from several vendors recently and some were transported upside down and I believe a few others may have been transported on their sides. As a result, several of them arrived with detached parts, mangled reels, etc. and I had to spend some time putting them back together. The reels seem to have gotten the worst of it. I've posted a few videos of issues I'm having with the reels:

Does anyone have any repair suggestions? One of the vendors suggests that I take out each reel from the reel assembly and reinstall them from left to right. Obviously, I don't want to break anything while doing this because then all 3 of these machines will be completely useless to me.

    Thanks for your help!

on some machines you can take one reel out at a time and others you have to remove the whole reel assembly.

it may be rubbing on something or a poor connection.

you can turn each reel by hand to see if there are any hangups, they will reset to proper alignment when machine is started back up

if you remove them, make sure you put them back in the right order.

i had one machine that had loose reel lights, another reel rubbing on the door and a few with just poor connections

I'm thinking your machines are a lot newer, but just in case this is of any use at all,

I'll post a link I found whilst searching for something else
