pachislo usa stars and stripes forever key

i have a usa stars and stripes forever skill stop machine that i got for free and is brand new, the only thing thats missing is the reset key and i have no idea were i can find one for this machine, i called the maker and they couldnt help. i have pictures if need be. i need to know a place were i can get the key so i can clear my e1 error.

Most all machines, you can replace the keyed reset switch with a toggle switch. I really don't have any idea what your machine is. A USA Stars and Stripes Forever machine does not exist. So your machine has to be a Custom machine. Pictures of the machine would help us ID it for you.

Here's some info on replacing the switch. This is a pretty common fix for a missing key.

We can tell by the theme.
They are not brand new...newly customized maybe, but not a brand new machine.

All the slots on that website are custom machines except for the Playboy.
By saying custom, we mean custom graphics.
The graphics have nothing to do with the reel graphics or the music that the machine plays

Firstly congrats on getting a free pachislo machine!!

As the Members have mentioned, it looks like your pachislo started life as an older model with a different theme, for the members here it is usually easy to spot a machine that has been 'customised' as they are avid collectors.

Pachislo machines are Japanese made and usually have a Japanese theme (although there are exceptions) we have access to data which shows the names, years of manufacture etc, so we are usually able to identify most machines that make it to the West.

Pachislos tend to have a very limited life in the Japanese parlours, after which I believe they are mostly either discarded, or stripped for parts that can be recycled, some do make it to the West though. Some resellers may buy them up in bulk container loads and then 'refurbish' them ready for the US market. Some of these machines may have faulty parts, like maybe a broken LCD screen, and some have nothing wrong with them at all, they just may not appeal to the US market. So some US resellers may 'customise' them to make them more saleable, hence the American Theme on the one you have.

I notice the website you linked does state they are 'refurbished' and that they are supplied with keys, 'lifetime warranty' etc, but I presume you are not the original purchaser (as you got it free?) and so they may not be willing to assist you with your requests.

I doubt you will be able to get keys for these, most resellers probably don't realise exactly what models, manufacturers or years of machines they are re-selling, and I don't know where you can obtain a replacement that will fit. However the members that have lost keys here in the past, usually go the route of installing a 'toggle switch' which I understand is easy to fit and solves the problem.

Looks like the frame (is that term correct for a pachislo?) is very similar to my Spiderman 2, by Sammy.single ball spiderman 047.jpg At a glance, you can tell that yours was once a large LCD screen video machine. Sometimes there is nothing wrong with the screen, just covered with a sticker. Although I can't imagine why , seems like no matter what the theme is...an active video screen would be better than a static sticker! BUT...I have heard of members peeling off a sticker to reveal a working video screen! More likely the video screen had issues, or don't work at all, or was removed and used in another machine that needed one. If you are going to check...I would only peel a corner carefully and peek behind the sticker to see if anything is going on before peeling the whole thing off, in case it was covered for good reason.
