Hello, Are you able to post a pic of your pachislo??

as I don't believe there are any Coca Cola branded ones, so it's likely to be a custom conversion of another model

It would be helpful to know what it started off as and /or the manufacturer and then hopefully members can offer some advice on how to go about trouble-shooting your particular machine

    Welcome to Pachitalk

P.S. if you are unsure how to attach pics, this link will explain

WELCOME TO PACHITALK .That is a very customised machine, not sure what the original title was . The [ce ]code is coin error. Are you useing tokens or coins. They are meant for tokens only.It acts like the sensor isn't working . Maybe a loose connection or is dirty.Clean the sensor with glass cleaner and dry it good.Don't know where to find parts across the pond.I am sure some members closer to you will be answering soon. good luck

If the sensor isn't registering the token the flap with the electro magnet will stay open and the token will fall through .Also the token is a different size than a coin , the coins will be smaller and will fall through the flap slot, that the magnet closes off. Check for a loose ground on the coin mech.It looks like the other sensor counts the credits, but if the tokens are falling through it can't count them.

What position is the key on the power supply in? On most (all?) machines, if you have it in reset mode, the tokens will just pass by and be ejected out.

To do a full reset . Step 1 turn machine off. Step 2 turn small key on power supply to right. Step 3 turn machine on. Step 4 to change odds press reset button to show 1through 6 on front LED display or on display inside front door ,Step 5 once odds are decided press spin knob down and hold 5 seconds.Step 6 turn small key off.The machine should be cleared and ready for play.See if this helps.

The track in that coin mech is a metal bar.
It is removable by two screws.
They get corroded & prohibit the token from rolling to the sensor, hence the CE error.
I have experienced a similar issue with two Eleco pachislo that utilize the very same coin mech.
Remove the metal bar. Use either a fine steel wool or small grain sandpaper with a squirt of WD-40 to remove any rust or corrosion.
Wipe clean, & reinsert the track into your coin mech.
    That should do the trick.

You'd be surprised how even a miniscule amount of rust/corrosion/dirt will jam up this track.

This is a link to a parts ID thread I did on another forum... if you're not a member, it won't be visible.
Pachislo Database :: View topic - Eleco Coin Mech

The coin mech is an "M-6", but appears to be identical.
I didn't notice a posting of your coin mech whilst still in your "Coca-Cola".
Does it have the separate track similar to the one in the link? (the cup looking piece to the right of the mech)
If not, that could pose a problem.
If so, maybe this will widen your search criteria for a replacement.

Sorry I couldn't help, best of luck.

since you get a proper error when you move the token slowly with your fingers i suspect that the track the token rides on is not
    adjusted for height properly.
make sure the token is passing along at the right height on the track. it needs to be only 1/32nd of an inch
under the flap above. Too much or too little can cause your error.
Hold the mech in your hand, place several tokens in the mech and see if they sit properly at the right height all the way along the track.
you can easily adjust the track height by loosening the 2 screws on the back slightly and moving the metal ramp up or down.
