    Default Nail polishing progress

I've gotten half way polishing the nails on the Maruhon. It's been very tedious but I'm pleased with the results. I've used Mothers Mag polish and cut strips of t shirt to clean the nails. At this rate, with eleven more machines to go, I estimate I might be done in about a kazillion years! Pictures attached show one side of the machine done, the other not done.

Looking GREAT!! Polishing the nails always perks the machine right up and makes a HUGE difference. As you are finding, it's a very rewarding part of the restoration.

Keep going - it's looking good!

Yeah, I've polished a grand total of FOUR nails on my machine.

Just wanted to verify that the process of the Mother's Mag Polish and a cotton shoelace does work. It does. But it ain't fast!

I've already polished every pin on all five of my machines. I always used a microfiber cloth and Blue Magic MP. I'd wrap the cloth tight around my finger and just go to town. Every peice must shine for me so it was one of the first things I ever did when I got them. It always work pretty quickly though it was tedious.

Love a nice shiny Ko nail man.

I used string and brasso. Followed by micro-cloth.

Well the two Big things about Pachinko Brass Nail Braid Cleaning is :

    1. Get them Nice and Gold Looking .

    2. Put a protective coat on each Brass Nail Braid to prevent Oxidation.

Thats why I Love the Miracle Cloth it does both and is Non-Toxic . and you can cut it into long shoe lace pieces .
When things don't go right the 1st time , Step back ,Take a break and come back renewed. RGS
