    Exclamation Dishonest Ad!!

Its not uncommon for a vintage ebay ad to have wrong info like '50's Chinese pinball etc..which is understandable, but I saw an ad today that just seems knowingly dishonest..

The pictures show a pachi with obvious problems, most notably the missing tulip and 2 missing pockets..But the ad says restored and complete several times and they should obviously know since it seems they've been selling "restored" vintage pachis for several years!!

I would just hate for someone to think they are getting a great xmas present and end up with this..

See for yourself and tell me what you think..

This is a Restored Vintage Nishijin Pachinko. This machine is wired to a 9-volt battery(included). Lights up when you get a jackpot, and also when you need more balls in the back feeder tray. The pachinko is complete, with no rust. Most of this machine has been carefully disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled. The pachinko has been cleaned to look and work as new as possible. I have tested it and it works perfect!

This machine is very unique, it is representing the 1976 Montreal Olympics. This machine was restored a couple years ago and has been used and kept very clean since the restoration. This machine is complete- it may appear not complete especially on the back, but it is all complete. This machine works and looks better than new.

This pachinko is a normal 32’’height x 20.5’’wide. None of my machines ever have or need a key. This pachinko is in very good shape for its age, so take advantage of this great deal! Christmas is right around the corner and these make great presents and many hours of fun! I have restored many of these machines so feel free to contact me with any questions.

I wonder if they just took the info from another add?

I sent a question asking about the missing parts. The last feedback they received was a negative over a non working pachinko they sold so I would say flake, scammer avoid at all costs.

Thanks for drawing attention to this one, I'd hate for any of our new or future members to get caught out buying this,

The seller needs to describe it accurately, or correct the Ad if it's been listed in error, or better still just list it as spares or repair

here's a pic of what it should look similar too, it's another one from a recent thread,

Not only is it missing parts, the back also looks as if it was broken and someone did a very poor glue job on it.

I hope nobody gets suckered into buying it,

He or she says they have been working on these machines for years and it is not defective just missing a few parts??? Says it is coming off of ebay and will be fixed and then resold. I think the turkey realizes he was called on it by more than one of us.

I responded to the listing and got an email back, saying it would be fixed but removed first of all. Strength in numbers!!!

Here's my machine which is somewhat similar, quite a bit of water damage, and still a project in work, but was in better shape than that one and went for $25 off of CL with a few balls. At least the pics weren't doctored up...

That one looks MUCH better! Thanks for posting. I wonder if the seller is a "silent" or lurking member here?

Also, it is interesting that the center feature on that Sankyo (pic 1) is the same one that is on my Okumurayuki Victory machine (pic 2).
