I was looking for the same thing yesterday. I was not able to find anything in the U.S. My best guess about where one would possibly be would be on the West Coast in a Japanese neighborhood. I would think it might be underground given the connection of Pachinko to gambling in that culture.

Only other guess might be in Vegas.

Just look for the closest members with game rooms. If there true to there addiction there will be more than enough machines to play!
