Default What's the proper height off of the floor?

What is the proper height off of the floor for the bottom of a pachinko machine? I think I have mine a little too high, the bottom is 35" from the floor. It's fairly comfortable from a bar stool but I'm finding that a bar stool isn't the most comfortable thing to sit at to play the machine for longer periods of time.

the ones i play standing up or on a bar stool are 30 inches.

other ones that i use a regular chair playing are 24 inches.

i have found that i try and put the top of the machine at or close to the top of my head.. that way im looking straight into the upper part of the cell...

I think the height of the machine is only relative to the height of the chair or stool your siting on...

But of u were to post a pic it might help

I find that the best hight to play your machines at, from the floor is about nine inches.
    I hope this helps.

I guess it must depend on the individual,
the height of the machine should be for t he one playing it.
we all place our machines that are best for ourselves.
an ajustable stool would come in handy for anyone else who wants to play your machines.

    Mine are at 40 1/2"
That puts my eyes at the center of the cell while standing. I adjust my chair so I am at the same level when seated.
I think this height also gives me better hand placement on the shooter knob/lever because my elbow is at a neutral angle of 90 degrees. Seems better for the hand/wrist and is less fatiguing.

The most important thing to me when setting machine height, is the ability to refill the payout hopper without standing up.

But it depends how tall you are. Office chairs have air cushion adjustments. Mine goes from 18 to 23 inches. A 24" table should work with this.

My table is only 15-3/4 high so I can sit on a very low living room couch.

    This table (solid):

Sold by Target, so might be in local stores, don't have to pay shipping like I did.

I set my machines at 30" above my seat height.

So if my chair is say 28" high, then the center of the screen is at 58"

    Works for me
