Constant Ball Jam - Star Wars Pachinko

Gday all, I have a Star Wars Pachinko Machine and it is constantly getting ball jams, i play with about 2000 balls and half way through something jams and it doesnt reward balls anymore. I can turn the switch which will release all the balls in the hopper but there seems to be balls stuck and it needs a good shake to release them. I have done this several times and still there will eventually be another block, what can i do??

Ok,i have narrowed it down to the payout unit, or above the payout unit. I took out the payout unit gave it a good clean and placed it back in but each time it wont dispense any balls. The balls kind of get stuck just above the unit where the metal hinge is, it takes a good bit of time to remove it because its stuck, can anyone please help??

Sorry for your problems, wish I could help...I'm sure someone will be along today to offer suggestion, but you may have to wait a little while since most of the members are still asleep since its only 2-5am over here..

Maybe you can see if anything in the frame manual might help!!

That metal hinge is your problem.

Carefully bend it away from the ball path (very little bending involved)

Just enough to allow the balls into the payout motor.

try cleaning your balls, and the ball paths the best you can.

and check, you may have one or two spheres that are slightly oversized and catch every time they pass through the tight spot.

Maybe the payout motor doesn't work.. I was having that problem.. I finally got so mad, I hit it (not recommended but proven!) and it worked!
