Cool machine. Who's the manufacturer? It's interesting that it says 'electric' but it appears to be a standard mechanical type. I do notice there seem to be a lot of 'extra wires' do they hook up to anything special?

Do you know what the center spinner looked like originally?

    Lots of questions eh?

First of all, that is a beautiful Kyoraku.

The "electric" thing about this model (I have 2 in this frame) are the win/ out of balls lights and a plunger that stops balls from getting to the shooter when the reward hopper is empty or when the bottom front tray backs up to far.

The solenoid has been removed from both of mine but all the wiring and the rest of the meck are still there

Not certain what the spinner would look like? If anyone has an idea or a picture, that would be awesome. Also, haven't had a chance to hook up any wires, or even trace them.

    Thanks for all the comments.

you might consider this spinner above the apollo rocket. the machine is for parts at vintage pachinko

Vintage Pachinko Museum - 0058 Pachinko Machine

there are some other machines on that page for parts, too, if you want just a metal spinner

    Vintage Pachinko - Machines Other

btw, the center character is zhong = middle, the first character of zhong guo for china, "middle kingdom"

the four around it are the directions of the compass, N, S, E, W (not in that order)

nice machine! seems like a bunch of kyoraku's are resurfacing recently.

    .
It's really interesting that the 'apollo rocket' on that Kyoraku is exactly the same as the one on my Sanyo

More proof that some of the manufacturers used the same parts on some of their pachinkos,

of course they could also have been replaced during restoration...

I agree with you, hanabi, there must have been pachinko face parts sold by other companies that the manufacturer bought from. would be really hard to swap out the center part, I think (and almost know).

I think a lot of smaller palours may have had parts machines to keep their moneymakers working smoothly.

so, it didn't matter to them what they replaced as long as the pachinko was working.
