While awaiting for a bulb order that I placed, some friends at work came across a box of 24 volt 5w bulbs
Do you think they will be ok to use? If they are I can get all that I will ever need free of charge!
I think the #400s are supposed to be 28 volts and 3 watts

Never mind the previous post. I tried one of the 24v5w bulbs just to see what would happen. It was so bright it made the 194s look burnt out. Not only that I could literaly feel the heat that was projected. I removed it right away. Total lit time around 8 seconds and it was very very hot. Guess its 400s only for our machines.
