What impact will this flood have on Star War sales, especially since Garfield is now available too on eBay.

If this means that the price on Star Wars will be going down, I see a SW Pachi in my near future.

StarWars has broken the $300 barrier with the last few eBay sales.

But rumor has it that SW machines coming in from Japan now are kind of worn.
Certainly not as pristene as the ones we saw early on.
There's also a hint that the supply is drying up.

    Timing is everything.

I bought my Star Wars in July and it is in Excellent Condition!

and I didn't think this could be surpassed ...until I received my Julie Pinball today! ( thank you Doc) It is in absolutely gorgeous condition!

They are both from different Suppliers too , but I think its all about being careful that you buy only from good reliable sources...

A friend of mine liked my Star Wars so much that he finally decided to buy one off of Ebay. When he got it in it was a mess and it still is. The glass came in all broken plus there was something like a sticky grease all over the frame and also the pins were adjusted to not give the player a chance for anything. Also of course it wasn't cyclic(like mine is) nor did it have the remote controlled LCD screen like mine does. He was and still is pi*sed about it and everytime he comes over to see me he gets madder about what a difference there is in quality etc that mine is vs his. Most of his problems were because of poor packing by the seller plus the seller did little if any cleaning of it before shipping it out. Also I have noticed that his transformer runs extremely hot vs the one Arbycoffee put in mine. He is going to rplace the transformer also. He still hasn't gotten the pins anywhere near to what Arby set mine at. He is working with the seller but it looks like he will get some rusty balls for his trouble. It has been a couple weeks now since he got it and he is somewhat really upset still. I don't know why he didn't try arbycoffee (maybe arby didn't have one anyway?). Sure my friend saved money vs what I paid but in the long run his will never be the quality of mine. Mine will have a higher resale value if I ever sell it (not likely) and will be more of a collectors item in the long run.

    Moral to the story :

Check with Arbycoffee before buying from another dealer. Weigh out the difference in price and quality of shipping and preshipping care by Arby vs the fast buck dealers. Consider whether or not you want a turnkey ready to play out of the box experience or if you would rather save a bit and be running back and forth to the hardware store for parts.

The buyer(my friend) told me he prefers not to have them named here yet until he has completed his dealing with them. It was an indirect purchase (not advertised on Ebay) from an Ebay seller. He contacted them thru an Ebay auction for another pachinko that the seller had listed in auction and asked about an Star Wars price(if they had one for sale). So the sale was actually outside of Ebay being able to help. If it was an official Ebay auction then I assume it would have been taken care of faster.

I've been seeing the Freddy vs Jason, but price is still way too high.
