Who needs a snipping program?

I think you hit the nail on the head with the spin knob it sounds like it might be defective .are the coins registering on the lights for the 5 lines ? if so it sounds like its in cash mode (three coins then the selinoid kicks in and dumps anymore to the tray . )how many wires are going to your spin knob ?
i might know a way around it .

I have only gotten 2 tokens to register but I don't have the machine with me, it is at my aunt's house. I do have the coin mech with me but haven't had a chance to see if it will work with any of the other machines I have.

but as far as the lights go, 1 and 2 lines are lit. on the spin knob it doesn't have the resistance that I'm used to. the spring inside of it is all rusty.

does the selinoid click in on the coin mech after the 2 coin register ? how many wires are on the spin knob is it the usual 3 wire unit ?
