    well i enjoy sitting around the house in shorts and a tshirt as well barefoot is my favorite thing.. but when you go out and see all these messed up people with their baggy pants boxers sticking out, grungy looking whatcha ma call it look..
    it just breaks ones heart...

    what really gets to me is girls who seem to go out of their way to make themselves as hideous as possible...

    There was a time when people would get dressed up to do almost everything. People used to get dressed in suits to go to a football or baseball game. People just don't seem to be as respectful as they were years ago.

    Not to be disrespectful to westerners (heck, I'm one myself) but, in general, Japanese people are more stylish and dress nicer on average than people from other countries. Of course, they are also more vain and self-conscious of what people think of them because of this.

    This is all, of course, generalization but fairly true.
