    I'm so sorry for your loss. I find it truely amazing how attached we get to our animals. I currently have two cats. One mother and her son, I kept on male Identicle twin from her first and only littter " Baxter" ( because he was the one that, at three weeks old, Purred the loudest ). Mom "Nimo" allmost had her litter during my Loooong drive re-locating to my current state.
    I have lost animals ( cats ) in my past, and know exactly what you are going through. I was touched reading that his final resting place will be overlooking an area that he most likely spent much time while he was here.
    Again, I'm sorry for your loss.
