Wouldn't it be cool if they designed a machine with a Meteropolis Theme (1926 Fritz Lang Movie) and (or) War of the Worlds (To the theme of Jeff Waynes Musical version of War of the Worlds).. any thought on this one would be welcomed. I am sure Dapper could do this one or Lidrzzst could.. what a challenge this would be.. I wonder if the chips could be programmed to play the music. hmmmm interesting thought huh..

I honestly believe the one that figures out how to create a chip that takes the Japanese and converts it to english and can develop a chip that can have music on it that is above all cost effective will become a millionaire!!!!!!!!!!!

im very sure that all of us would have an idea for a custom machine, fully programmed with music etc the way we'd like it.
it may be even nicer to have the ability to change the music etc by being able to add or remove music etc via some sort of interface, usb / blue tooth etc.. maybe even a HD..
im sure that all this is possible its just a matter of reverse engineering the machines and making it happen... probably not the easiest thing in the world.

would it not be posible with eprom reader writer ? with a little reverse enginearing of corse juste scope down the music pulse to the amp?

Someone got close about a year ago, but alas it didn't work if I remember right.
I think each company had their own way of doing it also.
This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.

if whoever got close would like to post method it would be worth trying to start from there as opposed to start from scratch

the only problem is you'd have to sell the method to do it cause the sounds (or songs) would cost a mint in copy writes and you wouldn't be able to sell them preprogrammed legally sort of like Mame machines have to be sold without Roms ..........
