When I lived in Kentucky they know how to BBQ mutton great and the burgoo is fantastic!!

Brad that was the other white meat called PIG, no real kentuckyen would eat mutten, me a transplanted kentuckin, east side ,dont know much about them high brow westerners

cool looks interesting..
anything that lets you celebrate good eatin is A-Ok in my books..
thats what the world needs more BBQ festivals....

its all in the preperation really.. if its properly done it can be very nice.. if its prepared wrong or the wrong piece of meat.. forget about it...
I prefer a good new york strip better anyway..
