    Default Popeye pachislo machine , no video or sound help

    just purchased a Popeye pachislo machine with a video and sound issue ive read everything i can to solve this issue but ive had no joy
    ive done a hard reset and check all connections ect
    it starts up cold with a logo on a black screen then comes up no sync . but when warm it just comes up distorted then a white screen
    transformer is showing 28v ac in
    please help has anybody had similar faultsIMG_20200307_104816.jpg
