Groans - how to find and remove

Hi, I just realized that under my avatar it says I groaned in 2 posts but I did not do that intentionally and wanted to find them and remove them. How would I do that? I have no idea what posts they would be in. Sometimes there is a delay and I am assuming I hit something being impatient.
