    Default Nishijin Sumo Pachinko- Pay Out Lever not Going Down

    Hey, just got a Nishijin Sumo Pachinko, and the payout lever after the seesaw isn't going down all the way, and not paying out unless I help it out. I barely have to touch it to make it go.

    Any ideas? Thanks.
