I have a Universal - Continental II and often coins seem to get stuck in the in accepter. it is like the coins are too thick or the space for the coins to travel through is too narrow. this doesn't happen with all coins, but since I have about 6000 coins of various different types and we all like to load up our credits by jiggling a stack of coins down the acceptor, when every 3rd or so coin gets stuck, it gets annoying. I can press the coin return to clear the jam and go from there but that gets tedious.

I've tried the same tokens in other machines and they work fine.

I've cleaned the inside of the accepter with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol as best as I can but the accepter doesn't open much, about 2x the spread from when the coin return button is pushed.

Is there an adjustment to widen the channel a bit or some component that could have been bent? (Most all of the accepter is plastic)

Any thoughts besides going through each token or isolating "good" tokens to one machine.

I'd imagine you'd like pictures and I'll try to get to that when I get home.

Thanks in advance,
-B
