sankyo...but what do i have?

I don't know what I have here,it's been in my family for a long time,sitting in my basement for at least 30-something years.the numbers on the sticker in the lower right corner are 239-4.i know pieces are missing from other pics but I haven't seen one exactly like this.sorry for the poor pics as the screen on my phone is cracked and I can only see 1/4 of the screen.any help is greatly appreciated ...thank you.
