I was told that this was a Mills device. It is expected that Mills parts are correct for it. The top bar with a hook attached to a spring. I'm told this is directly related to jackpots. The paycard on the front only states that 3 of a kind wins, and token value in Brains trade. 1 jackpot is double. In pic's 7&8 you can see that the bar pulls in and allows a slide below the brass tube to dispense tokens. This looks like 4 springs pull the slide.
