How did they get the title Curious George out of that?

I would say because in the story, the main character is named George Kodama and he spends all his time investing the past and current events of a certain village.

So there you have it....Curious George. I am sure this name had nothing to do with getting attention.

Well, I admit my ignorance of anime here.

I was thinking the blurry pictures were trying to give you the illusion of the real "Curious George" or something.
